New in my make-up bag – Ombre Blackstar by Terry

Welcome to the Velvet Runway and this review of the Ombre Blackstar by Terry. The first thing you should know about me if you’re reading this post is that I don’t like to spend a lot of time on make-up, although I do like to look as good as I can!

So, any product that makes it into my make-up bag has got to be easy to use but give a great and natural result.

So, I invested in the Ombre Blackstar by Terry (I guess the name is derived from the fact that it is formulated with Tahitian Black Pearl) in two colours :

  • number 5 (Misty Rock)
  • number 4 (Bronze Moon)

The reason I love this product is because it is so incredibly easy to apply – it just glides on using the pen-style applicator and its creamy smudge and smear-free formula lasts all day without any need to reapply!

It is also light-reflecting for extra radiance and can be built up for a more dramatic effect, and for a simple smokey eye effect, just apply a lighter shade to the inner corner of the eyelid and blend a darker shade over the outer corner! So simple that I think I will have to buy more colours!

I hope you enjoyed this feature about the Ombre Blackstar by Terry  and if so, you can have a look here for more of our beauty features.

I will be back soon with more style, lifestyle and travel inspiration and don’t forget to subscribe to the blog below to make sure you never miss a post,
